What the result means
The fare range is an estimate of the taxi meter. Tolls and other applicable extras are shown separately because they are not added to the meter itself.
Before contacting us
- Check that the origin and destination match the places you intended.
- Remember that tolls, airport queue fees and app-booking surcharges are separate from the meter.
- Unexpected incidents can make the actual route or waiting time different.

Include the two places, approximate time of travel, route shown and the estimated versus actual meter fare. Do not include private information you do not want to share.
